Order of Worship
Please download the bulletin PDF for the complete order of today's service.
Let us pray for the whole people of God in Christ Jesus, and for all people according to their needs.
How the wilderness becomes a habitation, and the desert a place of life because you have come to us, Lord Jesus, and are coming again. Strengthen our trembling hands and hearts, that we may be strong and courageous, walking in your way, the way of holiness. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
We place our trust in you alone, God, for you are faithful to keep your promises forever. Our hope also is in you as we await your promised return. Come, Lord Jesus, to judge the heavens and the earth, the living and the dead. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Give us patience, Holy Spirit of Christ. We know that the righteous Judge is standing at the door but our minds wander and ask, “When?” Establish our our hearts in trust, for you coming, O Lord, is at hand. Give us unfaltering faith so that we might keep our faith in you until your return. We also ask that you would give this steadfast faith to all of these whom we name before you now... Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
You alone, Lord, are whom we seek. We desire none other than you. So, we put our trust in you who gives sight to the blind and legs for the lame, who cleanses our afflictions, gives us ears to hear, and raises the dead. Why would we want any other Savior than you who preaches good news to the poor in spirit, unworthy sinners like us. Lord in your mercy, hear our prayer.
Into your hands, O Lord, we commend all for whom we pray, trusting in your mercy — through your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen
Visitor Info
We invite you to join us for an in-person service. St. Paul's features traditional worship and a message grounded in the Scriptures and guided by the Lutheran Confessions — all in a friendly, family-like environment. Our worship services are traditional and liturgical. Holy Communion is celebrated each Sunday.
Please notice that we welcome and encourage children to worship with us. Just before the sermon, Pastor Ryman has a chat with the children. You're going to love this part of the service.
